Rotary Coolant Adapter

Rotary Coolant Adapter (RCA) was developed for the modern cutting tools which have coolant capability. The spindles of the old machine do not provide the facility to transfer coolant through the tool, here a Rotary coolant adapter can be used to facilitate this and use the coolant tools for machining.

Machining with a thorough coolant tool increases the tool life as well as provides a better surface finish.

Right Angle Head

Right Angle Head is used for doing the machining operation perpendicular to the axis of the machine spindle. By using this component, we can combine both the vertical and horizontal machining operations in the same setup of machining.

It also improves the productivity and efficiency of machining by reducing the time required for another machining setup.

Multi Spindle Heads are used to save time by performing multiple operations in one operations thereby saving time and increasing the productivity of the machines.

It finds application on the VMC’s having ATC-Automatic Tool Change Arm. It is available in Drilling Heads and Tapping Heads.
