ER Collets

ER collets have become an essential component of every machine. Whether you are looking for a tool holder or for rounding stock, these collets are the basic component in machinery- work.

There are various types of ER collets manufactured by Birla Precision Technologies Ltd. These collets differ in size, including ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, and ER40.

TG Collets

BPTL Tremendous Grip, or TG, collets are single-angle collets manufactured as per the DIN 6499 Class 2 accuracy. It provides excellent grip and accuracy for drilling applications.

TG collets grip the back taper and margin of the drill, which helps deliver max feed range and a more accurate hole.

DA Collets

Birla Precision Technologies Ltd collets are manufactured by using international standards of technology. These collets by BPTL are also available in coolant bonded options.

BPTL provides DA collects in the following sizes: 300DA, 200DA, 100DA and 180DA (with both Metric and Inches bore, as per the customer’s requirement) Standard DA collets provide maximum collapse: Metric Bore- 0.8mm; Inches Bore- 0.031 Inch.

Rubber Sealed Collets

The rubber-filled slots sealed collets are used for coolant-fed tool applications. The rubber sealed collets prevent coolant loss through the slots of the collet and helps in maintaining the coolant pressure.

Along with standard ER, TG, and DA Collets, BPTL also provides the option for rubber-sealed collets for all types of collets.
