Rubber Sealed Collets

The rubber-filled slots sealed collets are used for coolant-fed tool applications. The rubber sealed collets prevent coolant loss through the slots of the collet and helps in maintaining the coolant pressure.

Description

Along with standard ER, TG, and DA Collets, BPTL also provides the option for rubber-sealed collets for all types of collets.

The following are the pressure levels suitable for different collets: TG Collets: 100 bar, DA collets: 70 bar, and ER Collets: 70 bar. Rubber Sealed Collets are available in Metric and Inches bore, depending on the requirement of the user.
