Birla Precision Technologies Ltd collets are manufactured by using international standards of technology. These collets by BPTL are also available in coolant bonded options.

Description

BPTL provides DA collects in the following sizes: 300DA, 200DA, 100DA and 180DA (with both Metric and Inches bore, as per the customer’s requirement) Standard DA collets provide maximum collapse: Metric Bore- 0.8mm; Inches Bore- 0.031 Inch. DA Coolant bonded collets are available on request and can fit all standard DA-style collet chucks. These collets are suitable for coolant pressure up to 70 bar. Standard DA collets provide the following maximum collapse: Metric Bore- 0.13mm. BPTL provides DA collects in the following sizes: 300DAC, 200DAC, 100DAC, and 180DAC (with both Metric and Inches bore, as per the customer’s requirement) For the best effective results, BPT DA collets are recommended to be used with the BPTL standard tool holder and Lock Nut.
