TG Collets

Tremendous Grip, or TG, collets are single-angle collets manufactured as per the DIN 6499 Class 2 accuracy. It provides excellent grip and accuracy for drilling applications.

Description

BPTL TG collets grip the back taper and margin of the drill, which helps deliver max feed range and a more accurate hole. BPTL provides TG collects in the following sizes: TG75, TG100, and TG150 (with both Metric and Inches bore, as per the customer’s requirement) Standard TG collets provide maximum collapse: Metric Bore- 0.4mm; Inches Bore- 0.016 Inch. Bonded TG collets are available as per the customer’s request. Rubber-filled TG collets are used for coolant-fed tools, suitable for coolant pressure up to 100 bar. Bonded TG Collets provide the following Maximum Collapse: Metric Bore- 0.13mm; Inches bore-0.005 Inch.
