Description

BPTL ER Collets are single-angle collets manufactured as per DIN 6499 Class 2 Standard and provide a wide clamping range. ER collets consist of an included angle of 16 Degrees and follow an international standard that can be used for different applications, including boring, milling, drilling, and tapping.

There are various types of ER collets manufactured by Birla Precision Technologies Ltd. These collets differ in size, including ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, and ER40.

Depending on the customer’s requirement, the ER Collets are also available in Metric/Inches bores, along with rubber sealed and steel bonded options, which helps us provide a one-stop-shop solution to our customers.
