Reduction Sleeves

Description

BPTL reduction sleeves are compatible with the BPTL Hydraulic chucks and the BPTL Powergrip milling chuck (Also compatible with some of the renowned brand Hydraulic Chucks). These reduction sleeves are very suitable for all types of cylindrical shank tools, providing stable performance in both roughing and finishing operations.

Maximum transmittable torque can be improved for the given shank diameter of the cutting tool by choosing a right bore diameter of the Hydraulic chuck and reduction sleeve combination to hold the tool. BPTL Reduction sleeves that can be used to convert the imperial bore size to the inch and vice-versa are available on request. BPTL also provides specialized reduction sleeves as per the customer’s requirement.
