BPTL ‘Energia’ hydraulic chucks are oil-based and it is designed for a highly concentric clamping force that not only holds the shank more securely but also produces the dampening effect that reduces vibration and helps eliminate ‘micro-cracking of the cutting edges. BPTL manufactures an exclusive range of Hydraulic chucks under the brand ‘Energia’ in various tapers such as BT (MAS403/JIS B 6339), DV (DIN 69871), CV (ANSI B5.50/ISO 7388), and HSK (DIN 69893). It also has a unique feature of a safety stop that prevents over-tightening damage to the chuck with or without the cutting tool in place.

BPTL Hydraulic chucks provide a wide range of reduction sleeves that enhance the chuck utility for various sizes of cutting tools. Special reduction sleeves are also available on request that can be used to convert inch bores to metric and vice-versa.
