Boring Bar Adapters

Boring Bar Adapters can be used to manufacture custom tools depending on the requirement of the customer. The Boring bar blanks have a heat-treated taper (and HSK), whereas the front end can be machined in the hardness range of 20-30 HRC.

Description

All tapers are grounded with AT3 class accuracy and are balanced by design. BPTL Boring Bar banks Adapters is also available in the Dual taper contact design.

BPTL Boring Bar Adapter in all 7/24 tapers, including BT (MAS403/JIS B 6339), DV (DIN 69871), and CV (ANSI B5.50/ISO 7388) along with HSK (DIN 69893).
